PDQ "Leak Tester"
The A215-Univ. PDQ tester is designed to aircraft CMM requirements. This portable unit contains the main flow and leakage measuring equipment. The portable hand carrying electrical box contains all the switches, controls, lights, and LCD digital readout.
The A215 has a full range capability of 0.01 to 8.0 GPM leakage test and a full range pressure capability of 5000 PSI. Built for either Skydrol or 5606.
Components

Hydraulic Mules
HPPE or HPPD Mules can be built for Skydrol or 5606. Single system with the capabilities of 5000 PSI at a flow rate of 50 GPM.
Units are a stainless steel enclosure that keeps a great image and will not rust, nor will it pit if Skydrol gets on the unit.
Frame and running gear are completely powder coated using grade 8 hardware throughout the entire piece of equipment.
High Performance
5000 PSI at 50 GPM flow rate
Corrosion Resistant
Stainless steel construction
Nitrogen Cart
Nitrogen hand cart used mainly by the US Navy. Runs off 80-100 PSI shop air or its own supply tanks. Cart builds up to 3500 PSI. Tanks are not included. Cart's purpose is for filling up the tires and brake reservoirs of Fighter Jets for testing in hangers.
Steel frame is completely powder coated and all hardware is 316 stainless steel to reduce the chance of corrosion from the salty sea while on carriers.
Cart is equipped with a wedge style braking system that locks all four run-flat tires to eliminate rolling while in use or in storage.
Military Grade Construction
Built specifically for US Navy requirements with marine-grade materials to withstand harsh carrier environments.

FAA Test Stands

We build test benches to meet your testing requirements. We do both flow rating and pressure rating.
The Universal Hydraulic Test Stand is capable of testing pumps, actuators, valves, and hose assemblies.

When is it Time for an Overhaul?

Does your Skydrol unit's oil look like the image on the right? If it does it's most likely contaminated with metals, moisture and other debris. We have the solution for you - a system flush. Don't believe us! Get an oil sample first. Call us for a sample kit.
Skydrol is supposed to be a very transparent deep purple. Skydrol is used on all commercial aircraft. If your mule's fluid does not look like the image on the left, it is likely contaminated.
Contamination Warning
Dark or cloudy fluid indicates contamination that can damage your equipment and compromise safety.
